My name is Jefferson Miller.

I'm a planner with LCPS.

With me this evening is Mr. Christopher Myers.

He's our civil engineering consultant on the project.

He works for Urban.

For the record, I want to say the affidavits for notice and posting have been provided this evening.

This location is proposed to be what's called the Government Support Center.

It's a 645-acre site.

North of Cross Trail Boulevard is the industrial portion of this site.

It houses many county government uses, as well as the LCPS Central Garage, which is the long building just south of the project area.

LCPS has been coordinating with General Services to relocate that.
