Staff, when necessary, will have up to 10 minutes to give a presentation, followed by commissioner's questions, should there be any. podcast-host

After that, each commissioner will have, I'm sorry, time to ask their questions, and then the applicants themselves will have opportunity to have 10 minutes for presentations, followed by any questions that the commission may have. podcast-host

We will then open the public hearing for comments, and each speaker will have up to three minutes. podcast-host

After everyone has a chance to speak, I will close the hearing, and the applicant and staff will have an opportunity to provide any responses to the public comment. podcast-host

Finally, there will be a motion, deliberation, and vote by the commission. podcast-host
