We have achieved a lot.
I'm really proud of the record that we're gonna be able to campaign on for this campaign.
Um and so yeah, it's been a it's and I love my public service.
So um I've been able to whilst I I haven't been in my lecture as much as I would have liked to have with especially with emergency management.
I've been able to look after and advance the issues that are important to my lecture as well.
Oh, we have a we have a great digital team that um that puts you know a lot of stuff together for us in terms of our campaign material.
But you hit the nail on the head when we campaigned in twenty twenty three
Um, you know, I've dedicated most of my adult life to uh adult life to public safety in our country and I was disgusted where Labor took us.
Um and when we campaigned in twenty twenty three the two most important issues to people were cost of living and law and order, crime and public safety.
And now um when you look at it, crime and law and order is at number seven or eight because fundamentally people know that we're a safer country.
And I'm proud of that and that's not just a tributor to me, that's our police, that's our corrections, that's everyone involved in our justice sector, the outstanding leadership that we have there.
There's a lot more work to do, but um but it it's a great success story for us to get out of here.
Mike the last time Ginny accused me of having no credibility was around the financial issue a couple of weeks ago and it turned out that she had no credibility.

Just on the police numbers issue, Mike, because Jenny's raised it, the first thing I did when I became minister was approve our training to go back from sixteen to twenty weeks, right?
If I wanted to if I was focused fully focused on the five hundred, I would have kept it at sixteen weeks.
The reason why we did that is because under the previous government I felt very strongly that standards had slipped.
