There's been extreme successes with respect to border
enforcement and border security, as you explained.
But that is separate from mass deportations.
That is separate than what we voted for and what was promised.
When we talk about mass deportations, we're talking about interior enforcement, about the whole of government approach going after those that are already inside the United States illegally.
And that means going after all of them.
That means using an Eisenhower-based strategy that he used in the 50s that was very successful.
And that is a
quantity-based strategy over quality, to your point.
Look, the worst of the worst strategy.
First of all, Stephen, look, I don't like that phrase.
And as a strategy, it has not been effective.
