And so on the one hand, we're trying to come up with candy, like what are things that people want?

And we're evaluating those rewards.

And the highest reward for most people is social status.

So can I actually move your social status?

And in a lot of ways, the biggest reward socially we could get to in a game was a marriage.

So we counted the number of marriages that happened through our games.

That's like real life candy.

Yeah.

So we had strangers who met in like Words with Friends or Poker, Farmville, and built relationships online and then met and got married.

There was a couple with a woman in England and a man in America, and they eventually met in person and got married.

But that's like the best candy.

And then we have hoops.

Like, what do you have to jump through in order to get that candy?

And the key is that the jumping hoops should feel fun.

If it feels like drudgery and not fun, so that Dave and Buster's, like, the skee-ball and the games you play should be fun, but we're giving them more purpose and reward because you're trying to earn these tickets.

And you can actually do those same principles in any... Maybe you could do this with this podcast, you know.

It's such a good question.
