And what it is is that the idea is that you pick someone from the ranks who you think has high potential and is motivated.
And usually it's not their first year in.
They actually have already been trained on a bunch of stuff.
and you just have them follow you around and shadow you and just go to every meeting you go to and mostly listen and learn and take notes.
And what you're really doing is transferring your vampire blood.
So there's something
that got you to your unique mix of right like right for this exact product and business and customer and time in the world and it's almost impossible to write that down and to just train that into people at an institutional level and so but what you can do is train one person and have them
get it.
Just get it.
And they're just following you around, just taking notes, doing things.
But they're a product tech assistant.
They're not a chief of staff.
Their job is not to manage your schedule or manage you or anything.
But as you go, you start to hit places that you wish you could spend more time on, but you can't.
