And there was room, there was always room for us to express an opinion or a preference, but then he was going to make the decision.

And that was very clear.

And there is a value in that certainty.

that it was democracy and being led to believe that somewhat because they're being given more and more agency and then this rude awakening when they found out it wasn't a democracy and people are like, no, this is a business and I run it, you don't.
