What it's saying is, why is this worth it?
There's three statements that I'm gunning for, for all of our clients and for my own team.
I want every employee in Australia to sit in their job, in their organization and say, number one, I am glad I'm here.
I'm grateful that this is where I choose to work.
Number two, this journey is worth it.
And number three, I can affect the destination and the path.
Now, that's a pipe dream.
Not everyone's going to feel that way and not every employer is going to deliver on that.
But if you and your own organisation and your own team can get people feeling those things and actively advocating internally and externally, then the results will follow.
