That time is now just like...
passively feed my brain, and you can only learn so much.
I did one version of that where it's like, I love chess and I found I wasn't playing chess because going back to internalizing failure, I felt like if I lost, that means something about me.
So I made a goal of like, I am going to play chess, but my goal, I'm going to try and win, but my real goal is to lose 10 times.
Right.
And I'm not going to feel like I checked that box until I've lost 10 games.
And it really flipped it for me.
