So they're going to be drowning their sorrows in Chardon for it, I think, to an extent.

Yes, I was coaching with my son's team previous to that, but like I say, most coaches get involved back into their sport when their children start playing.
I suppose the course itself, I was interested in terms of the coaching perspective on the pitch, but I suppose the other pieces were a bit of an eye-opener in terms of the differences for girls development etc that I wouldn't probably have considered as a coach.
Really just in terms of how menstruation etc.

It was something more comfortable as a father speaking to her about these things.
I think for more as coaches, how we approach the warm-ups definitely changed.
As you can see in the background, there's a lot more fun to it than maybe the traditional warm-ups that we would have been doing previously.
They won't stay here if they don't enjoy it and I think that's the key thing really for us as coaches is make football enjoyable for them.
