So, yeah, I think just the power of kind of lifting people and bringing joy to the people that love you most and people you've never met before would be the things that kind of stand out.
The second part is a question for Ross.
The first part, Schneids, I think I said this a few times a year I speak, and I think Kitsis had the exact same comment, which is he keeps getting better.
That's a pretty good sign for leaders, right?
When they continue to stay open-minded, learn, and get better, he's certainly put himself among the top group of managers in the game.
Yeah.
He led us through some tough moments this year and, you know, was at the helm for some great moments and he continues to be a factor and make us better.
I think that's not one person's role.
And again, I think we're focused on collective success and not giving credit to one person.
That goes back to scouts, front office executives that help identify players and acquire players.
That goes back to a player development staff at every rung of the ladder from Dunedin to Vancouver to New Hampshire to Buffalo and every single step of the way.
And that goes back to an entire major league coaching staff that kind of
helps to mold that team together.
Those attributes don't get instantly kind of come together and, you know, we'll put some magic sprinkle dust on and that happens.
That happens over years, you know, throughout either drafting, signing, trading, and then developing players.
And then with Ross and our baseball ops group, building a team.
You know, again, I think we're just starting to kind of put together an offseason plan and that'll be part of an offseason plan that when Ross is ready, he'll address.
There's no shoulder shrug when it comes to players like those.
