And your book also has a yin-yang quality with the beauty of the Opera House as well as the controversy and the awful, deadly Vietnam War, both of which were the subjects of lotteries.
We had the lottery for building the Opera House and the people took part in funding it, but also this dreadful, deadly lottery of the Vietnam War, the conscription of young men.
Yeah, an interesting time and one that you've looked at in this book.
