So in other areas as well.
So we're seeing a lot more demand for that.
And then obviously the inevitable AI, and I'm sure we'll get into that Jake at some point in the podcast, but we are the ways in which the data is being consumed and the means that customers wanting to consume that data is starting to evolve.
And we're seeing that evolving significantly over the last six months.
Yeah.
So from our perspective, we see this as a natural evolution and just a different way that people want to consume data.
So going back probably 10, 15 years ago, particularly in the space that we operate, a lot of that interactions were happening in user interfaces.
So you'd have a mapping application, you go in there, you look up properties, you'd then understand more.
We'd see underwriters using maps a lot.
Obviously, where that's evolved is companies like ours have been looking at understanding the kind of interactions that an underwriter would do with a map, and then understanding how can we actually compute those ahead of time.
In our arsenal, we've got access to fantastic building footprints, so we've got 2.5 billion building footprints globally.
Taking those and then effectively taking each of those and understanding what his physical risks are and the other information I mentioned above.
And again, as it stands today, a lot of our traffic, probably about 90% of our traffic is API.
So we'll have systems using up workbenches or software such as CyTora.
We'll get an API transaction come in that will go back into the platform and the underwriter would use that to make a decision.
Obviously, with the advent of AI and Gen AI and people having those more kind of conversational workflows and bringing in all of the other additional richness and intelligence to that, for us, that's just another channel.
Ultimately, making sure that underwriters have access to high-quality curated data from the kind of the best brains and the best science in the world is still relevant and is still absolutely critical, whether you're going via a workbench, via an API, or via some sort of a Gen AI interface.
So in the same way that we wouldn't kind of go out and Google, should I write this property?
We shouldn't be asking Claude or Copilot or any of the other kind of tools to go out and do that for us.
You need to have proper good science and proper good data to be able to kind of inform those decisions and things that you can audit and trust.
