And if you get shot down, people love it.

They're like, great, you know, go again.

It's not like Australia where it's a bit of a, oh, you know.

Yeah, the further I went into it, the more I was like, oh, this is a real boxing town, isn't it?

Yeah, yeah.

Yeah, and I was just in a rut because I'd been over there and it's disruptive and I didn't have tons of money.

So I was kind of eating badly and my fitness and health wasn't great.

And I wasn't studying well because of it and you kind of need to be studying at a good level.

So they have a boxing night every year.

I'm like, I should do this.

It'll be great to train for.

And, um, so I'd run down to a gym that was probably nine blocks away, but it was kind of on the fringes of, you can't, the city's pretty good, but as you get further out, it just gets worse and worse.

And, uh, you know, a bit of razor wire and all that.

And by the time I got to down to my gym, it was a good Philly style boxing gym.

Yeah.

You know, every character in there you can think of.

And I kind of cornered a trainer who was an MMA guy as well.

He had broken teeth and everything.

And he was probably like in his mid-20s.

But, yeah, we trained together for about two, three months.
