What is happening at a schoolboy level?
Why is that allowed to happen?
So, you know, we've got to address the coaching issue at a much younger age.
We've got to get back to developing the technical aspects much younger.
And for some reason, we've moved away from it.
Maybe it's because we just have picked big kids at a schoolboy level in the past.

The moment John signed up as a manager, he automatically came under the Players Association.
Part of that is resting and rotating.
After a week, he will be tired.
He'll be told he's tired.
He'll be told he needs to take a break because we've got a World Cup in 18 months' time.
Did they not teach you the difference between one banana and one bunch of bananas?
He's got no chance, absolutely no chance.
And I know he's probably done it just to wind up the Cantabrians, I'd say, because we all know it's going back there.
Well, they could be.
Like, a lot of those guys are in their 20s.
In fact, I think all of them are in their 20s, and they've all represented New Zealand in some form, whether it be Sevens, Under-20s, or the All Blacks 15, and that's what we've used that team for, to get them ready for Test Rugby if there are injuries.
Like, Caleb Clarke got injured.
