So look, does it take away that wonderful tradition we spoke about last week, that wonderful day in June when that first All Black team is announced?

It's suddenly going to be a lot earlier.

And the players that are picked for that test, are they the ones that carry right through?

So I think there's a lot of unknowns here.

But again, at the same time, you're encouraging our players on the fringe to stay here in New Zealand rugby.

You're telling them that Super Rugby's the be-all and end-all.

Don't do the Fahey thing where you go from $180,000 to $400,000.

And so, you know, what meaning does Super Rugby have?

Why should I stay here if this all black squad is automatic?

And look, I don't disagree with what you're saying, but I think these are just some of the discussions and some of the things that are going to come out of this, this dynamic that maybe no one's really sort of read into a little bit.

But look.

All said and said, I mean, whatever team gets picked for that Anzac test will be the best team available, hopefully, with a mix of youthful exuberance and experience.

But I also think then that, you know, I mean, obviously, if the All Blacks would drop that test, you know, then what does it mean for those that then get picked in June?

Yeah, look, absolutely.

I mean, you can't tell players to hang around here and be the best you can be and chase the all-black jersey and say the all-black jersey and it's still a pinnacle and it hasn't lost its value and then sort of almost...

you know, not live up or end up, you know, you don't keep your end of the deal up.

But look, when it comes to sort of the sports science side of it, I mean, ask John.

I mean, he's a guru when it comes to sports science.

He's got so much background on it.
