Yeah, f four years is about right.

I think that puts added pressure on the person to come in.
But with that added pressure will come added expectation from them to have the players that they want available all the time.
And you can see the juggling act, even this these last two weeks, where the test match finished in Nottingham on a Monday and the T-20 team were playing on a Wednesday, and the guys just got parachuted up the M1 from
from Nottingham to Durham and and yeah, crack on and play a game.
So um I think those are the challenges where you're gonna have to almost
I don't think you can include Brendan McCullum in the choice to of the um of the person who's gonna be working effectively alongside him.
If there was a an org chart or a tree to to show that w where people sit in the organization, Brendan McCullum and this new coach will be on a on a level playing field.
So they're gonna have to be able to work together.

But you can't have the guy who's just been sacked then helping to pick the person who's getting that um that test match job.
But that relationship is critical because we did see when we played under um Andy Flower and Ashley Giles, that banging of heads of those two just didn't work, I think, for um for either of them to get the players that they wanted um to make sure that they were driving their philosophy home in each format as well.
