that maims or kills an individual is one hundred percent preventable.

I'm trying to prevent every one of them.

I don't care if it's a w fraction of one percent.

I'm removing you from the road because it should never take place.

Every death at the hands of an illegal is one too many.

So you make the percentage about one percent.

Are you willing to take that one percent if it was your daughter?

Then one percent's plenty, John.

Zero point one percent of one percent is one is zero point one percent too many.

They should never be out there because the accident should never take place.

I look at this as I'm trying to keep my six kids safe on the road when they're out there driving and my one grandchild while they're riding with their parents.

It's all preventable and they shouldn't be on our roadway.
