You know, the unconventional path is okay.

Be inquisitive, ask good questions.

CFO to CEO is very different role and self-awareness matters no matter what role you're changing.

Transforming industries is possible, but the specialization required in industries today definitely makes it more tricky.

And digital transformation, it's not because of the systems that things are failing, right?

It's because of a lack of prioritization.

Simplification is absolutely critical.

And you really need to get the resource allocation right.

I loved what you said about culture.

Culture is a marriage.

You need to consistently work on this.

Don't let these issues fester.

And then just so much fascinating knowledge on cyber and technology.
