UPS is limiting its latest buyout program.
After the team says claim the delivery giant violated its contract by unilaterally offering drivers $150,000 to resign, the two sides have come to an agreement.
The severance package will now be offered again in all regions of the country.
About 105,000 drivers are eligible.
UPS has also agreed not to offer another buyout program for the rest of the current Teamsters contract, which expires in July 2028.
The company plans to slash 30,000 positions this year.
In a statement, a UPS spokesperson says applications will be approved based on seniority and business needs.

The Hawks have planned a one-night collaboration with Atlanta strip club Magic City in what the team characterized as an in-game celebration of hip-hop called Magic City Monday.
Bam Joyner, co-founder of the creative agency Atlanta Influences Everything, says there was a lot of pushback, including from former Hawks player Al Horford, who expressed support for canceling the event on social media.
In a statement to WABE, the Hawks say they are very disappointed in the NBA's decision, but respect the call.

CEO Ted Decker announced the workforce reduction in a memo sent to employees on Wednesday, saying the decision positions the company to move faster as it undergoes restructuring.
The home improvement giant also says corporate employees will have to return to the office Monday through Friday, starting the week of April 6th.
In a statement to WABE, a spokesperson says impacted employees will receive severance packages, transitional benefits, and help with finding a new job.
