You need to be even tone, I suppose, calm.

I always found in these situations or any of them that things slowed down.

Other people might sort of be worrying or whatever, but I always kind of.

And I was conscious of everything goes on.

You might not always get it right.

And then you would have, if it was on a bit longer, then one of your other colleagues would come, another negotiator would come.

Yeah.

And so between the two, you know, you try your best and they take over for a while.

Each individual case is treated as its own entity.

So took your time or whatever it is.

The objective is to get them out safely.

I've had ones where I've told them what I was.

It's been going on for an hour.

They've opened the door.

Took five minutes.

I've had others go on for three days.
