This is the Midlands, really, in so many senses.
I love Sheffield, I love York.
I'm not a huge fan of Yorkshire, the idea, because I think sometimes that can carry things with it that, for lots of reasons, there's lots of maybe not such good connotations around, and I think the idea of Yorkshire as a nation
kind of it's got some complexity for me that but I think Sheffield stands alone a little bit in that it's it is a bit different it is a bit it is a bit Midlands it is a bit Yorkshire it's a bit more open to maybe the world I think also because I mean even though it has two football clubs in the city it doesn't dominate the culture in the city a little bit like I guess Bristol
I'd be interested, I suppose, again.
Do you think it needs another football club?
No, no, I think it needs a way to combine.
I wonder whether that would have been different in a period when both clubs were successful and both in a top flight.
Maybe that does change things.

You want to be original and create something different, but then you also know this formula maybe works.
I mean, the fundamental formula that this country...
almost unlike most, hit upon was you walk into the pub, you go to the bar, someone gives you the drink, you give them the money or these days, swipe your phone or your card or whatever, come away with the drinks.
It's the best system for drink delivery that's ever been devised.
And then you go to New York and you have to sit down and then you have to have dollar bills to give the tip.
And you're like, at what point are they going to bring the bill?
And none of that makes any sense.
