So this is why I decided to join, to study a master's in the UK.
Specifically for this, and my master thesis is basically the foundation or the core of my business model, which is the automation of the UAV.
I was 2012.
I was approximately 28, 29, something like that.
There are advantages and disadvantages.
One of them is that the regulations for flying UAVs in Mexico are not that harsh, not that strict as in the United States, for example.
That doesn't mean that I can do whatever I want, but I can do some other things that usually are very, very strictly prohibited in the USA.
Also, there is a lot of potential and opportunities here in Mexico since there are so many operators.
That doesn't mean that there is no one, but
the competition is kind of less hard on you and also the labor and the people that are here are very talented and that means I can build amazing things with not so much money although we do have an investment that doesn't mean that I want to spend it a lot and very quickly right and then in terms of the technology
Since UAVs are not that expensive when you know how to build them, this is a project that can be really quickly expanded and a lot of clients are able to afford it.
Unlike, for example, manned aircraft that you have to buy and all rent, which is super extremely expensive and it's not really that scalable.
So this is why UAVs...
a great opportunity to explore in countries that are... But Martin, how are you going to beat the major players in this space, right?
Exactly.
DJI is aiming for commercial consumer products, although they have their... Yeah, but Martin, come on.
Absolutely.
And I know that they already have 1,500 developers.
So first of all, one of the things I want to aim as quickly as possible is to work on localized applications and markets.
So I know they are already building technologies that they want to expand everywhere, but they don't know the customers and they don't know exactly what they want.
