On his first day back in office, President Trump signed an order withholding citizenship from babies born to non-U.S.

citizens in the country illegally or on a temporary visa.

The White House says such situations should not be covered by the 14th Amendment, which grants citizenship to people born in the country.

Ohio State Law Professor Cesar Guatemala Garcia Hernandez says it's a momentous case.

So far, lower courts have disagreed with Trump's stance and blocked implementation of his order.
