How can I help the players at the club?
I had to stand up at that moment.
I think my struggles actually helped me massively in that.
The Justin scenario, I still deal with it on a daily basis.
I was just talking inside there to the video analysis.
We're looking for a coach at the moment.
And it's an harder position to look for than ever, I feel, because we keep comparing it to what Justin brought.
What did Justin do?
And that's not fair on the candidates.
That's not fair on anybody.
And it ain't fair.
But for 27 months, we've built something special at this football club.
And Justin was a massive, massive part of that and was a leader, along with myself, at that.
So getting the right person is that that don't get torn down by one person.
