The knowledge graph basically uh it takes uh an ontology as the basis but tree presents it as a graph and thus it becomes a living thing.

Yeah, thanks for the question.
So the I would want to step uh back a little bit and and let's say explain why knowledge graphs in in general are a a good concept, sp specifically in the telco industry where we are uh where we have a big footprint.
So the the situation in in telco industry is that they or many of them have uh
a large portion of legacy systems which uh basically represent their business in terms of the operational part like they call it the OSS and they have the business part of the of the um of their industry or their their business which is the BSS and so um that is uh by and large uh for some telcos has a long a long history and there's many
Systems involved like CRM systems and technical uh network systems, etc.
etc.
And they're all not really meant for the future in terms of okay, now everyone's talking about uh agentic AI, and and um so uh agentic AI lives from context, as we all know, as we use uh cloud uh co-work or uh chat GPT or uh uh
These things, so context is key.
And so in this um uh target of um being an agentic telco, uh, which was one of the uh primary topics in NWC, rightfully so, because uh that is where we believe the industry is going, um, then uh you need to somehow integrate all these legacy sims systems, and uh we all know that so.
That is where
So that has been existing for a while.
So this wish for integrating various legacy systems into one central organized landscape is not really a new idea.
But with knowledge graphs, there is a new opportunity because opportunity like knowledge graphs can be an overlay over all these systems.
And because knowledge graphs per their
Graph concept have relationships, you can connect, for instance, a customer to a node in the network, like a cell, like a cell tower or something like that.
Like it's hell.
