Uh let's look into one of these situations.

So uh I'm a customer uh of my uh favorite uh German uh telco uh

um mobile network provider and I have a an issue with my network connection.

And so if um the the agent, let's say the the human agent or the uh autonomous agent on the other hand would not be aware of let's say my contract and the aspects of my contract and the the technical reality um to that

They would say, okay, we'll I'll um just put down a ticket for you and then we'll uh come back later.

If for instance, um and then they would have to do a lot of queries and and and find out and probably they will um not be able to answer my question even so why does Martin has a network degradation?

Network.

Uh they they don't know which network tower I'm connected to or like what is the the cell that I'm uh testing.

Yes.

Technically like living in.

And so since that is then uh connected uh through um those data sources, that when we instantiate the graph, when we create the graph uh rather, um then they will immediately be able to tell like what is the problem, what could be a fix for this.

Um so typical example uh from a uh customer perspective having a problem.

But you could also say

Um for instance, okay, we have uh these types of customers and they uh all own say this uh type of device, what is it that we could offer them uh in terms of uh enhanced uh uh uh um uh products?

Yeah.

So for instance, if the they typically use uh uh uh let's say an iPad or something.

something, yeah, or any tablet, then we could offer them live streaming if uh like of of of video or Netflix or here we have the the soccer uh world championship coming up.

They wouldn't be able to tell that because the device that uh a customer owns like Martin owns um and the the contract that Martin has are sitting in two like completely different systems at
