Yeah, you can define for a human worker what their decision boundaries are.
Yeah.
Boundaries are.

But you cannot like really in a realistic way define the entire state of your entire company with all the aspects.
That's not possible.
So what we found out in our AI department and our research center here is if you are able to define for each individual agent what its decision boundaries are, and
those decision boundaries are never crossed, like they never go beyond that.
Then we
Emergently the entire system becomes stable.
And so what that actually means, so this is a very technical explanation.

Um, but um, what you can then do is if you have several agents, like a network agent and a customer uh support agent, etc., and you have them negotiate for a goal, then that system in itself
Becomes stable because no agent will say, Okay, I'll just give away this product for free for Martin because you have defined for the customer agent a rule you can always discount like 20%, something like that, but not to 0%.

Um, same for the uh network agent, you can say you can uh for an individual.
Individual customer never reserve more bandwidth than X megabit or something.
And then by having the two negotiate, they say, okay, we want to make the Martin as happy as possible.
So give him the maximal bandwidth, but not more than that, because otherwise other customers will become unhappy.
