Yeah.
So y the real interest rate on US Treasury inflation protected securities two percent, basically.
Very close to two percent.
That's on a crisis level.
That shows a quite high confidence.
But the uh it could change, of course.
Um
And the the the muttering is um perfect understandable is this administration is um chaotic, its policies change all the time, a lot of it looks very irresponsible, and you can't really trust it.
So we n we want to diversify away from it.
And that is clearly happening.
Uh people are using uh over time actually the
Share of the dollar in reserves has been declining.
It's still far higher than anybody any other currency.
It's close to sixty percent of reserves, but it has been declining.
But
The question is can the the m the administration do something so extreme that all confidence is lost?
Well, yes, pretty obviously could decide to sequester uh the assets held by um foreign governments w which are effectively dollar liabilities.
Um you know, sanctions basically, and if that becomes
if they impose sanctions of that kind on China, um, they go in the same direction as with Russia, well, China's out of the system and i China will go somewhere else.
Uh this could happen w in the trade war with Europe the Euro.
