But because you played against a team for seven games the same way,
You got to rewire your brain, right?
And saying, okay, now when I have the puck, I can't do what I've been doing for seven games.
I got to do something else.
The same thing, a team that pinches a lot on the wall.
If you're the winger, you get the puck on the wall.
You're used to, I got to get rid of it right away.
Then you play a team that doesn't pinch and it feels awkward.
It feels weird at first to say, oh, I can turn around and make that play.
Now, I get that Montreal lost the game.
I didn't think the Canadians played as bad as what it looked like when it was 4-1.
I thought the score is bad.
Buffalo got two power play goals.
And, you know, their power play was 1 for 46 in the month of April and early in May.
So...
This is weird.
Buffalo got a couple of perfect goals, but I didn't think Montreal was as bad as what the score was or what it looked like maybe from the eye test and all of that.
But I also think that Buffalo wasn't as good as some of the levels that I've seen them be in this regular season.
Since December 9th, the Buffalo Sabres were the best team in the National Hockey League.
They were one of the highest scoring team.
