And here's an another great way to go if you can all grab your boxes together, sort through it.
One of the number one things is you have to get all the departments to agree.
And naming is a big problem.
The marketing department calls it a pen.
I call it a writing instrument and the guys over in sales close it call it a deal closer.
And you have to have the same term throughout the document, otherwise you're gonna confuse the living daylights out of everybody.
Same thing with policies.
Oh, I thought it was three days.

No, it's four days on a blue moon with one foot up in the air.
Everybody's gotta get together.

Hire an intern.
You know, there are a lot of people in different business courses in the colleges that are around you
that are doing case studies on businesses.
Um
Creating an operations manual is very often part of the case study or part of a project for which that student will get credit.
You get somebody who can put it together, they take it off your desk, your expense is low if at all.
they get um college credit, they get business experience and who knows, there's good synergy there, you may get a good future employee.
