You can get growth by having enthusiasm, especially for a young brand.
to have enthusiasm and get a lot of franchises into the system and be kind of swept away, let's say, on a terrific marketing tide.
But how do you sustain it?
So I would say that's your number one um pitfall is going to be that you're not going to grow.
And also who what franchise or can afford the overhead
Of keeping enough people employed
run a customer support center and be the person in the field if all you're doing is re educating on every topic every day.
Oh yeah.
I would turn around and say that
If you don't have a good system in place and to me the system includes the documentation for it
you're going to have higher franchise turnover.
Because people are gonna get frustrated.
they are not going to meet their expectations.
um in terms of what the business was supposed to accomplish because they don't have the tools to do it.
They're also your franchise sales efforts are going to diminish quickly
How good is your validation going to be?
If we go back
for a minute, if I can take a second and go back and say, you know, no one's looking at just brand A.
they're looking at all your c either your direct competitors or other people who are in, let's say, that service space at that investment level.
