drives me nuts because I I just don't like anybody to come you're so scared, it's your first job, you're sixteen, you've never worked anywhere before and you're not being embraced.
And maybe you're different, maybe you're in the key club instead of the football team, whatever it is.
But everybody should be embraced.
And when someone comes to a workplace, these kids are coming here
and I want them to feel I want them to feel welcomed.
And if they're if we're gonna do it in in our business, we've got to take it out to the community.
And again it comes back to the school systems and the the lack of funding.
So what we've done is implemented a program
that is free to the schools.
And we've put together different ways for them to implement it in their classrooms.
We have an anti bully bench which is really cool.
It's it's a great
thing to have at a school and basically we put a bench at a school
And it's where kids can go when they're feeling like they're left out or they're being bullied or maybe they're a new kid, whatever it is, they go and sit on that bench.
And then other kids will know, okay, there's somebody here that's that's not feeling it.
And so they go and they make friends with this child or teenager sometimes.
We have 'em at high schools too.
And then we just take the programs to the schools and we give the teachers, we give the PTA, we give them all uh everything that they could possibly need.
And then we uh have an award system, um act of kindness award.
Uh we have you know, they'll get a free pizza or whatever if they've shown an act of kindness.
