doing everything and and looking into everything possible to to accomplish some growth going here.
Right now I've always settled that if we opened ten stores a year I was fine for the last four years since we took over.
Now I'm I'm ready to boost that up and
and start going after uh uh a little bit faster growth.
When uh when they come into our process once they've signed and and we're moving on
They start out with we completely re um did our training program and now when they s they have a week in the kitchen.
It's not in a restaurant, it's actually in a kitchen one on one with our food and beverage supervisor and he works one on one with them to show 'em all our core products because we do make everything on site in these restaurants.
We want to make sure that they really have that part down.
So they spend a week there.
And then they spend another four weeks in an actual training store.
From there once they've gone on, uh w we've done marketing and and uh operational training also, but when they actually open their store we have a team of anywhere from three to five people for two weeks.
And we keep 'em uh
keep 'em there to make sure that they're getting a really good start.
And after that process we have rep
for every area and uh they visit them.
We have an uh in house staff
uh great staff.
It stays on top of m uh reaching out to them.
Performance groups are in the office now to see what areas we analyze the P and L's and look to see, okay, you know, your food cost is too high, your labor's too high.
