When Donald Trump ran for president, our PAGOP and our local Allegheny County provided us with zero, zero Trump material and yard signs.

Zero.

I went out and we hired, we didn't even have to hire him.

He printed thousands and thousands of Trump yard signs and people would use my garage.

We'd sell them for two bucks.

And then Elon Musk came in at the last minute and wrote a check for a million dollars and some kind of other Trump sign showed up.

How can you want to win and not do anything?

It's like playing football.

And we tell people all the time, if you want to play baseball, you have to get off the bench.

And if these people just want to sit on the bench, lazy.

I mean, you can say a lot of it's just laziness.

We call people chicken salad eaters.

They want to come to the party.

They want to eat their chicken salad and go home.

That's not what this is about.

So it's a tough one, Steve.

It's a hard question.

And I think we're all struggling with the answer.

But we choose to just charge down the field with the football and

aim for the goalpost and all this other shiny object stuff, just let it go because we can, we win.
