Absolutely.

Okay, friendship.

Friendship is very important to me.

I have groups of friends from when I was in school and...

two in particular, that, you know, we went our separate ways and I made close to one.

And now that we're retired, this is another reason for enjoying retirement.

We're now retired and we used to go to the elocution classes together from the same road.

And now we go together, we go for something to eat and we go to a play or, you know, we'd go to the play and go for something to eat.

But we've just rekindled that joy that we had in drama and theatre and

and, you know, the feshes and things like that.

And we're now all grandmothers, but it's just so joyous.

The same with the Scottish girl, Jill, who lives in Edinburgh, with whom I shared an apartment in Wren in Brittany for that year.

She obviously has her life, I have mine.

And last year she came over and I go over to her as well.

But it could be 18 months and you pick up from where you left off.

I think women are good.

I also moved house four years ago and downsized, but I moved about a kilometre away from the old house and I still have the friends and that.

WhatsApp is great for keeping in touch now and also have a whole lot of new friends and they're young on the estate where I live with babies.
