And I was getting paid well.

I was Rookie of the Year.

I knew how to sell things.

But I really missed leading a team toward a common mission.

And I felt this overwhelming desire

to control my own destiny.

It was a franchise company.

And he innocently placed it on my dresser.

And I started looking at it.

I was like, man, these are cool.

I could do these.

I could make these.

I could sell these, but I have no idea how to do it.

And I wouldn't even know where to begin.

And I tell everybody, I turned to the last page, and there were three magic words on that last page for franchising information.
