uh because we believe that play is an important part of learning.
And sometimes some of the best practice sharing happens uh sitting pool side and saying, How how are you how are you recruiting those really good people?
What are you doing to keep 'em?
Uh what what could I do differently?
And we bring them together so that they can cross pollinate.
And I w I want the top person in Mr.
Rooter talking to the top person in Mr.
Appliance talking to the top person in Mr.
Electric and so on.
um because they get stronger and better for it.
Uh when we have our annual reunion which is our convention, the first day is a dwarf group day and we bring everyone together and we bring in great speakers and uh we share vision about where things are going and and
And we can leverage that in a way that those top franchisees have a great group to to work with.
So it happens at every level.
We have a whole group uh every company has a Sure Start person.
That's somebody who works with the new franchisees to get them started in the best possible way.
That group of uh Sure Start um managers, they meet regularly to talk about well, what are you doing
over here in Air Serve and that I could be doing better over here in Mr.
Rooter or um better in Glass Doctor.
