to the our servicemen and women, we should think about how can we turn that ovation into a vocation.

Uh if I were talking to what I would call an emerging franchise or I would start with remember that you need to understand and thank your franchisees because they make all things possible.
And I always like what uh Colin Powell said is that your frontline knows more of what's going on than just about anybody else.
stay close to your franchisees.
understand uh where their challenges are and build a system that provides support to help them with those challenges in the best possible ways.
Don't be afraid to hold your franchisees accountable and don't be afraid to ask your franchisees to hold you accountable.
Uh include them uh in uh in your decision making process.
uh have an advisory council that you are close to and talk with regularly that's made up of franchisees.
