As regards hair coursing, we support regulation.

They have to be properly invigilated, regulated.
but we won't be supporting a ban.
I think those proposing the ban
need to consider if that happens, what are the consequences of it, including unintended consequences of perhaps driving some of this underground and beyond regulation, which I think would be a really bad outcome.
And that's why I'm saying I'm at a loss with this.
