Fraud today, however, is continuous, adaptive and cross-channel.

It means that defense also needs to be autonomous, contextual and risk-based.

So this is where network-based identity signals become much more important.

And who has access to that is telcos.

So telcos right now have real-time access to this intelligence that most enterprises do not have that kind of access.

They have whether a mobile number is generally associated with a device.

They have whether a SIM has recently changed.

So all these signals can genuinely help in enterprises and strengthen that fraud detections without adding unnecessarily layers of complexity and obviously having that frictionless user experience.

So from an IDC perspective, the opportunity is not to replace the existing cybersecurity or identity platforms.

It's rather to enrich them with trusted privacy, cautious network intelligence,

features that ultimately move towards from verifying user wants what we have to that continuous assess whether an interaction still looks legitimate and trustworthy throughout the lifecycle.

They need a common API definitions, consistent developer documentation, predictable data formats, if I can say, a clear authentication models,
