Um, and he has a great intuition on on like where to invest, where not to invest.
Um that's one.
And then I think you know the second, which ultimately is is key, is especially given 11 Labs is research and product, and happy to to to dive deeper into that, but you need to attract the best talent.
You need to be able to have the best people in the world working on that mission.
Um and research, motivating research, finding research is extremely hard.
my co-founder has been incredible at being able to find the people that are incredible.
We have I think the the best researchers in audio space in the world.
But then two, he is himself one of the best researchers.
So by doing the work, people get also motivated because they know that they are working with someone that's truly excellent in their craft.
And that's a that's very hard mix to find.

So I'm Mati.
I'm one of the co-founders of 11 Labs.
I mostly work between our product, what is it that we are building, how we're building that go-to-market, how we bring it to the customers across the world, and the key piece of deployment.
How do you actually bring that product to the customers and make sure it's fit for purpose?
And before 11 Labs, I was uh
Um, you know, study mathematics, uh uh pure mathematics, and then shift it to applied side.
So
Started from pure, then then moved to trying to build risk models at BlackRock and bring that to customers.
And then join Palantir building optimization models and bringing that to customers uh and working with them to optimize that.
