Getting people's attention is really hard, especially when it's virtual or remote. What's more difficult than attention is sustaining that attention. Sustained attention is what I call engagement. So you can engage early through meeting invites.

I can ask you to envision things. I can say, what would it be like if? Picture this. What if you could? That language invites you to engage.
