Now kids are s you know, sports specific, which I don't think is good for their bodies year round, whether it be baseball, football, basketball. matched

And if you don't do your sport year round, you get behind in that sport. matched

So I lettered in four sports, all American and two, and I felt like the skill set from all those gu all those sports helped me play in the NBA for as long as I did. matched

But now it's so specific that matched

Yeah, so my sons played a little bit everything and when the pandemic hit they only went back to basketball. matched

So they dropped football, which was their last two sports would hurt my heart 'cause I'm a football player first before basketball player, but they dropped football, but they did golf and baseball and everything growing up just to kind of feel what they wanted to do. matched

And then at the during the pandemic they were probably was that six years ago, maybe eleven or twelve and never picked anything else but basketball after the pandemic. matched

Well that's what I wanna talk to you about because I'm in a stage now where my kids are seniors and I'm really talking mental side. matched
