Inside the room, inside the walls of an NFL building, it's really been more commonplace to me for people to have different agendas, pulling in different ways.

And I think that's where Ben and Ryan Poles, who I've never met before but have deep respect for, they seem to be on the same page, pulling in the same direction.

That's a tremendous advantage.

And again, this isn't me saying,

making excuses or anything like that.

It's just if the vision of the whole organization isn't aligned, it doesn't matter how good of a coach you are.

other thing I'll say in 2002 after 2001 is, you know, we also had to go play in Champaign.

And so having 16 away games really because they were renovating Soldier Field was –

was tough.

But I understand Soldier Field is a whole other topic.

Well, that's a good question to ask Ben.

I rest assured I'm in Nashville, North Carolina, and I'm just about a mile down the road from where his mom and dad live, and his sister is the assistant principal at our local high school here.

I'm sure there's going to be a big contingent of people from

Asheville that are headed down to the game.

Charlotte's about two hours from where we are.

I'm also pretty sure Ben's going to have his blinders on and isn't even going to look up until that last whistle.

There may be some good pictures, you know, on Facebook that his sister sends me or something like that after the game, but I'm pretty sure there's not going to be any before the game knowing Ben.
