Your singular goal now is...
get through the wedding debt-free, and then whatever's left over, that becomes our emergency fund plus home down payment.
And I would earmark it in a separate high-yield savings account so that it doesn't get commingled with the emergency fund.
That just helps me not feel guilty when I go to use that money for the home down payment.
And then just figure out, hey, how much can we realistically set aside each month?
