We love a simple capital structure, but we've been very open that,

You know, for on the common side, the goal is going to be to manage our balance sheet, have the amplification ratio that we want.

And we think because of the relative small size of strive versus a strategy that there's a high chance that Seda might be able to grow with our common over time and just grow the size of Seda.

If there was some scenario where we needed additional digital credit and SADA was not able to meet that, then we would consider another digital credit offering.

But at this point, that's not the base case.
