So uh we basically are at a point where we have we just built an ADU on the property.
Uh I was the general contractor for it.
We were able to build that without taking on any debt.
And if we have to fire sale this place.
we'll be taking w we'll be basically breaking even on what we put in to it over the last several years.
But we could sell it and it would give us enough equity where when we move, we could be debt free.
Or thanks to our low mortgage rate that we have here and you know we didn't take on debt to build the ADU, we could keep this property, use it as a cash flowing rental immediately, and we would still be able to afford our new mortgage payment at our new home.
And that's just kind of where we're stuck, is we have two good options and we just don't really know which one's the better one to take.
