I believe that you've got to focus on one of the two.
If you want to grow your company-owned unit.

If you want to pursue franchising, it's great.
But most people don't have the capital or infrastructure to run two simultaneous companies.
So it is about focus and clarity.
And those are two words that I use all the time focus and clarity.
And whatever that path may be, make sure that you and your team clearly know the path that you're going.
