We're on the board of directors, but it's really time for us to move on and allow them to do something great with Wingzone.
And so not many entrepreneurs can tell the story.
Of starting something from the ground up, truly humble beginnings in a frat house kitchen with $500 to a global franchise, to ultimately exiting and selling it.
I feel so blessed and proud of what we've done.
But I think the last thing I'll say is that I'm so excited to take what I've learned over the course of the last 28 years and put it into future entrepreneurs and
franchise brands because my whole passion is truly about educating, inspiring, and leading a great group of people and a lot of people that were in my shoes twenty years ago.
I would agree.
Everything's about timing, and I think that's the thing, and I think it was just the right timing for us.
If you would have asked me ten years ago, I probably would have said no, it's not the right timing, but you know, there are monumental things that happen in people's lives.
I think the pandemic allowed for a lot of self reflection as to what's important to you family, friends, business, relationships.
And then I turned fifty years old in May.
And I was like, well, what do I want to do with the next ten or twenty years of my career?
And I wasn't necessarily looking, but something fell in my lap that I thought was something that was ideal for me where I could make enormous impact.
Yeah, the best way I'll explain it is that Franchise Founders, which is a company based in Miami, with some really talented people, especially some very successful people on the board, some people in private equity, some people in investment banking, some people that have built and sold companies similar to myself, created a company several years ago that was a franchise or incubator.

Taking a successful business that had not ventured into franchising and really helping guide them through the process of how to structure and build a successful franchise company.
Now, there's a lot of people that do what I just said, but the big difference between franchise founders and others that I was most excited about is we make a capital investment into the franchise company.

So not only are we providing support where we have in-house legal, we have in-house operations and training, we have in-house franchise sales, but we're actually writing a check with you where we're co investing into the franchising of a new concept.
And I shouldn't say new concept because these are established businesses that have successful models
